Bet77 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Bet77 account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the Bet77 platform — whether via the website or any mobile application — you confirm your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all features of Bet77 including sports betting, live casino games, crash games such as Aviator, promotional offers, and all payment transactions conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Bet77 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or in-platform notification. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To open a Bet77 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Bet77 strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• You are a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted on Bet77.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under applicable national laws, regulations, or court orders.
• You have not previously had a Bet77 account suspended, closed, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number that can receive OTP verification, a valid email address, and accurate personal information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Rules

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Bet77 account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, device, IP address, phone number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If Bet77 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bet77 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Bet77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Bet77 support immediately and change your password.

Accurate information. All personal information registered on your Bet77 account must be accurate and kept up to date. The name on your Bet77 account must match the name on your payment accounts (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, or card). Mismatches will cause withdrawal delays and may require additional verification.

Account currency. All Bet77 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no accounts in foreign currency. Every deposit, bet, win, and withdrawal is denominated in PKR.

• Players may not transfer funds between Bet77 accounts.
• Bet77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or assign your account to another person.
• Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bet77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistan-based payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. International payment methods and cards are not accepted.

Same-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all players on the Bet77 platform. If your payment method has changed, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

Withdrawal eligibility. All of the following must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed: your account must be fully verified (CNIC and mobile OTP); your real-money balance must cover the withdrawal amount; any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full (bonus funds are separate from real-money funds).

One-wager rule. Deposited funds that have not been used to place any bet must be wagered at least once on any Bet77 market before they can be withdrawn. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied across all accounts.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Bet77 are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed on the relevant event page:

• Bet confirmation. A bet is only accepted and valid once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from Bet77. Do not assume a bet has been placed based on your own actions alone — always wait for confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Each market on Bet77 has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed before you place the bet. These limits can vary by sport, event type, time to event start, and your account tier.
• Odds changes. Odds on Bet77 are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds at the moment of your confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet — regardless of subsequent changes.
• Void bets. Bet77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or affected by a technical error in the market. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to your account balance.
• In-play (live) betting. In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to protect the integrity of live markets. Bet77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Results and settlement. All betting markets are settled based on officially confirmed results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Unofficial sources, social media, or broadcast commentary are not used for settlement purposes.
• Obvious errors. If odds are published in error (manifest error), Bet77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even after a bet has been accepted and confirmed.

Cricket-specific rules: PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches are all covered. In the event of a match being reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement is based on the reduced-overs result using the official DLS method where applicable. Matches abandoned before a result can be determined are voided.

6. Live Casino Rules

All live casino games available on Bet77 — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Live Baccarat, Lightning Roulette, Infinite Blackjack, Crazy Time, Mega Ball and all other titles — are subject to the rules of the specific game as administered by the live dealer studio. These rules are displayed within the game interface and constitute part of your agreement when playing.

• Live casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under controlled studio conditions. Bet77 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the result at the time the connection was lost, or voided if the result cannot be determined. Bet77 is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

7. Bonus & Promotions Policy

• One bonus per promotion. Each promotion can be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts is fraud and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable). 13. Account Suspension & Closure

Bet77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 months with a zero balance.
• Account closure requested by the registered player themselves.
• Identification of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.

In the event of account closure for a breach of Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from breaches will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith prior to the breach may be returned at Bet77's discretion after deducting any amounts owed to Bet77. 14. Amendments to These Terms
